Looking at Past Interview Data

In February, I posted a video looking at applicant interview data up to that point. I wanted to update you on where we ended up. January turned out to be a very active month, which is really reassuring for folks going into the next application cycle. As much as we always want interviews to come in fast and furious in the fall, it often does not work like that. Interview invites come in throughout the entire season, as this chart shows.
